Our Aim
MediCann Health’s aim is to improve the quality of life of people in need using science backed, reliable and affordable plant based medicines. In order to do so we have built a strong team of experts and partners, all with similar values of compassion. This allows us to provide products with high efficacy at affordable prices, improving access to patients in need.
Always Learning
We are passionate about this plant and are continuously engaging in research to be able to keep improving our products by increasing the efficacy and having formulas that target more specific conditions. We aim to have our unique formulas put through clinical trials and to become registered medicines. Being registered will improve access by removing the extra steps doctors need to go through to prescribe and by reducing the price by potentially being on the PBS.
Our first major research project is on repeated mild traumatic brain injury (concussion) in partnership with Perron Institute and Curtin University. We have completed our pre clinical trial over a 2 year period testing 4 different formulas which all yielded extremely encouraging results, we hope to publish these results in time.
